Level 1 - Essential Skills and RPL

Definition of Essential Skills and Recognizing Prior Learning (RPL). Igniting the Power Within Level 1 teaches what Essential Skills and RPL are, why they’re important and how they can help Aboriginal communities.
Level 2 - Building Portfolios

Definition of a portfolio. Igniting the Power Within Level 2 teaches how to create a portfolio, how to organize it and how to coach others to identify skills, knowledge and gifts.
Level 3 - Essential Skills and Portfolios for Your Community

Outline of Igniting the Power Within Level 3, which goes deeper on building portfolios and including evidence of Essential Skills. Learning and practicing coaching skills will help you teach others how to build portfolios.
Level 4 - Celebrating Your Voice
